Are you talking about socially or keeping up with studies?

If your talking about socially, Ya, just be yourself, but try not to party toooo much. Not good.

If your talking about studies, first and fore most.....Get organized.
That is the most important thing you can do for success in college. Once you get unorganized, everything gets overwhelming.

Here they say you need to study, three hours for every hour you are in class if you want a high GPA. I don't think many follow that though.

Schedule your time. A little study everyday makes a huge difference. Cramming at the last minute can be nerve wrecking.

So focus on your studies, but also take care of yourself, physically, make time for socializing ,and learn to relax.

Also make sure, not to take a class, before you have taken a prerequisite that is needed. If you don't, it will hurt the foundation of you education, that you need to succeed.

Many Colleges offer extra work shops, on tips to organize, many different ways to help you study, tutoring, scheduling your time wisely, and assign you a college advisor. Never, ever, delay asking ANYTHING, when you need help. There is no such thing as a stupid question when it concerns your success.

Kick out the worry and anxiety, by just staying conscious of the fact that it will in no sense accomplish anything for you. Replace the worry, with action and it will evolve into confidence.

College aint about survival - its taking the next step.
Its an establishment for young adults - you. Its more friendlier and more laid back. yes, its about working harder to get to university but that wont bother you. youve already experienced hardness in school,
this place is about making new friends, moving on with life and and embracing a new one in college. its great, friendly. but like in school where there;s dogs barking, you keep clear. some kids leave school and become @ssholes - let them be. they aint getting far in life. you'll get them in college but they'll mind their own business. trust me i loved college but loved uni even better!

good luck to you and dont take college negatively - its an amazing place to be.
