I have mince, courgettes, carrots, tinned toms, and not much else!
I have rice, and some orrechetti. (pay day tomorrow)!

dice the courgettes and carrots. stirred fried the diced veg with mince, then add rice to make a fried rice (add an egg and some soy sauce if you have any).

Brown the mince then put in the tinned toms,add the carrots, and courgettes also add salt.black pepper and garlic,if not enough liquid add a beef stock cube and top up with a little water,boil your rice and i presume that the other is a pasta I've not heard of,but boil that and hey presto you have a meal,you could also add some bay leafs to the mince,or other herbs

What in the world are all those ingredients? I know what the carrots , rice and orrechetti are. What's a mince and tinned tom's and courgettes? What kind of food is that?

steam the carrots, and cook the rice. heat up the tinned toms and put them in the cooked rice with a bit of extra virgin olive oil. so you'll have the rice and toms, and then the carrots on the side. or, you could grate the carrots, and add balsamic vinegar and a bit of oil to them, for a salad.
not sure what orrechetti is, if it's pasta, then that would do in place of the rice.

do mince have you got a few beans for some potatoes? if so bung it all in a pan add the potaties and wallah!! mince!! if not ehn just do mince frie it chop up the veggies bung them in, through in the tin of toms aswell, cook the rice and pour over the mince!!

Cook the rice. Brown the mince with all the other things in it, and just serve it up.

BEANS ON TOAST?!!!?!?! EWWW!
English cooking!! Wholy Cow! Sweet Beach on Toast is horrible I had that when I got locked up here in London and it tasted like **** lol there was also some white yellowish stuff on top tasted like potatoes... just nasty!
The fulll english breakfast isn't that bad. but beans in the morning don't sound right, even though I loveeee beans!!
hehe when you say mince is that minced meat? those that they sell froze at off licenses? hehe no goooddd

cook off the mince, add the vegggies and call it a bolognese!!!! oh and cook the rice and serve with the sauce!!! mmmm easy peasy!!!
