Well were is the bally fat? jogging is one of the best exercises for all round slimming and tone for you legs and abs but you can isolate certain trouble areas. For lower abs do leg lifts or revers crunch (keep your head and back flat on the ground and bring your legs to your chest then fully extend them and back to your chest in reps) For upper abs use a standard crunch or sit up. If its you obliques (love handles) you can do cross over sit ups ( do a sit up but when you pull forward in one motion touch l elbow to r nee and r elbow to l nee then lean back ) also you can do oblique crunches (keep your knees together like a normal crunch but lay them on their side on the ground keep your back as flat as possible and do crunches remember to do the same amount on both sides. I hope this helps.

try eating instead of 3 meals a day, eat 5. That sounds crazy but it is true, just don't make them too big, they should be small portions. Also you should eat these roughly about 3 hours apart, the more you do this the less your body will feel hungry because it knows it is going to eat again soon. Another thing that could be hampering your weight-loss goals is a corroded liver. Nothing to worry about it sounds worse than it is. But what happens is over time all the junk we consume makes the liver work overtime and it can't grab everything and it starts to get stored as stored fat instead of being sent to be burnt off. Some ways to fix this are Cranberry juice and flaxseed mix that with the cranberry juice and over time you will notice a difference. Also make sure your eating good fats not trans-fats or anything our bodies cant digest, so you might have to start bringing/making all your meals instead of ordering out (if thats what you do) because the world has done this to us now, its made food available anytime day or night, and who can't resist that? Hope this helps, good luck!

Eat much less fat and sugar. Do 30 minutes of cardio, and then stomach exercises before breakfast every morning. If you are consistent, no problem.

Your belly flab may not be fat at all, but in fact poorly toned abdominal muscles and the resultant pudge of your intestines hanging forward. Are you doing enough exercises to tone your abdominal wall?

losing belly fat is 20% excercise and 80% diet. Yes it will help but if you really want results you have to eat right

Sorry, but it might be genetics. Train for a triathlon and see if it goes away. I did that to get rid of the jiggle that wouldn't go away. Women's bodies are engineered to hold fat for babies and survival. Hard to go against what your body feels is healthy.

How long have you been trying to rid of it?
It takes a long time to work off the fat from one target area. I would give it more time.

eat friuts if you want to snack. Do more cardio. If you hold your stomach tight when you work out, it might help some. Cardio will help burn the fat.
