Say you call on a God, but you use the term Spirit. Who would you be communing with. If you felt the presence of something other than yourself comfort you, fill you up with euphoria and bliss. Who or what is this?

They all originated from the same mass of energy that the rest of the universe came from, including us, so as long as you feel the goodness, I don't think it matters too much. Plus, different people will see different Gods and Goddesses.

Gods and Goddesses are pretty much universal. If I was praying to Hathor, and you were praying to Gaia, we'd both end up communing with the same spirit.
