Hi,
I read that tall people have tall mothers most of the time i am 12 and i Stopped junk food and only drink un-alcholic drinks. Seriously please dont tell me you hve a long tome to grow cuz am the 3rd hortest person in class and I have 25. Starting now i walk with a bottle filled with milk around the house and drink as much as i can, i used to go to gym but i stopped and now i do pushups. now Can u tell me atleast how long should i sty on a pull-up bar a day and tell me examples of stretches that make you taller cuz i want to be very tall by next year?

There's no rememdy unfortunately in growing taller. It is all genetics. Starts with your ancestors and parents. Wish there was a miracle pill or exercise that stretches out the bones, but you are still growing and will be much, much taller come next year. Also, junk food doesn't stunt your growth just puts on the weight and milk is great for the bones indeed!!!!! Be a bit patient you will grow a few more inches quicker then you realize.;;)

Unfortunately, there are no stretches for growing taller. It's largely due to genetics, so if your parents are both short, then you probably will be, too. However, good nutrition and exercise will keep you healthy so that you can grow to the tallest height possible. Walk, run, play sports, take your multivitamin, and stay away from caffeine and too much junk food. It's all kind of a crap shoot, though. My brother, who has asthma and spent his youth on drugs that were supposed to stunt his growth, is now 6'7".
