have you ever felt like there was a ton of bricks in your head, not a headache just a bunch of pressure, what is that?

If you are struggling with anorexia and you are experiencing these symtoms, I would urge you to make an appt with your MD asap. Having rountine medical monitoring is essential, as anorexia breaks down the body. The pressure could be due to dehydration, low blood sugar, etc., but it's imperative that you have a doctor check it out.

I hope you are in treatment and getting the help and support you need and deserve. If not, here's a link to find help (ED therapists, nutritionists, etc).

Good luck!

I was never anorexic. But for a while, I wasn't eating like I should. And I felt pretty much like you describe.

Start eating. And yes, start drinking too: Dehydration does cause headaches. Not necessarily screaming ones, just pressure that won't go away.

Anorexia is a serious eating disorder. Improper nutrition can cause your body to go all kinds of haywire. I suggest you try to eat a balanced diet, exercise, and see a counselor or other mental health professional about your condition. If you are not ready to seek help, then at least make sure you get plenty of fluids and take some vitamins or something.

It is from when you are very stressed & really need to talk about what is worrying you. A Dr is a good starting point

I would look at fluid intake.
sounds like a symptom of de-hydration.
even if we don't eat, we drink.
milk, tea, coffee, juice & lots & lots of water.
