For "nene" I don't know if there's an exact translation, but you could use "baby" nene = sweet way of calling a baby or a child, or an affective way of calling a male (for female would be nena)and "querido" could be either "loved one" or "dear" .....and it's got no relation whatsoever with being spoiled, believe me, I grew up in Latin America and went to university there.
it's just like "the dear baby" or "lovely child" "loved kid"

querido is like "dear" so this is a 'cherished' child which does come down to being used to mean 'the spoiled baby/child'
