I put a pot roast on about an hour ago in the crock pot on high.
I have potatoes and onions in it as well with a little olive oil, and wine.. Smells great BUT my potatoes are starting to get grey spots all over them!
What have I done wrong?

It is probably just the cooking process that gives that look. Nothing wrong, still edible. Try some Liptons Dry Onion Soup mix poured dry right from the envelope on top of the pot roast. It will give anything cooked with it a great flavor as well.

If u do the pot roast in the morning it will be achieved on low for dinner if u positioned it in at lunch extra desirable do it for top to make certain ideal cooking and u would desire to upload the vegetables whilst u start up the roast and that they are going to be achieved to perfection too...

It jusy appears that way because they are cooking and become slightly translucent. They should be fine.
