natural curly ringlets and I love it!!!!

I get complimented every day, so it's kind of an ego boost :)

Plus, if I ever wanted to do a straight hair day, I can just plug in my flattener.

Naturally curly and wouldn't want it any other way. However, I didn't always feel that way.
From birth until sometime around the 5th grade my hair was straight with a bit of wave to it. But then I guess puberty hit and all of a sudden my hair went POOF! I didn't know how to manage it, my mom didn't know how to manage it, and I had no older sibling to help me out with it. So for fifth and sixth grade my hair was very poofy and frizzy. Then in seventh grade I started getting my hair chemically straightened. I didn't that until high school when the frizz and curl mellowed out a bit, but I always blow dried my hair and straightened it with a curling iron.
Then my senior year I started thinking, "Hey I have naturally curly hair, why am I fighting it?" So I started experimenting with my hair a realized that I could wear it curly and it looked good. It was also a lot easier to deal with! Just get out of the shower, put a little product in, then either let it air dry or dry it a bit with a diffuser. Very low maintenance.
So, here I am, 25 years old and I have so many options as to how to wear my hair. Curly, straight, wavy! So many people have told me how much they would love to have my hair.
You see it's just like the say, "The grass is always greener on the other side". Everyone wants what they don't have.
I love my hair now and would not want it any other way!

Mine are naturally wavy...so i enjoy the natural texture of my hair.I can make them go curly and straight with less effort as it would take hours for the curly hair to go straight and vice verse.I even love the waves which gives my hair a bouncy, full look.

My hair is naturally curly. I had lond beutiful curly hair. I ended up cutting above shoulder length and i totally regret it it doesn't fit my facial structure. But i still love my curly hair cause now in days everyone is going for the straight look and is so ruining there hair.

I have very straight hair.
It will not curl to save it's life.
I have finally had enough experience with it that I CAN get some body into it with a good hairspray and some velcro rollers.

In generally most people say they love my hair and wish they had hair like it. (stylists etc.)

I'm pretty happy with it. It is ultra thick ( I have to get a ton thinned out of it), naturaly medium blond w/ a few artificial high lights, and cut into a cute bob that lets me style it a couple ways.

I guess the best advice I have is to never fight your hair's texture. I would be miserable if I *had* to have curly hair... My hair will never accomidate that. But it is gorgeous straight.

Work with what you got.

My hair is naturally curly, and I love it because I can wear so many different looks with it. I can leave it curly, or blow it out straight...its the best of both worlds.

Wavy. I don't like it because it's not a nice wavy...it's naturally wavy in a way that it looks like I just got outta bed..lol. I have to use a blow dryer and big rollers or a large curling iron on it to tame the waves.

Curly. I used to not like it but considering I get compliments all the time, I do now. But I have the best of both worlds cause I bought a really good hair straighener. One good thing about curly hair is you don't have to worry about it being messy and carrying a brush.
