Smooth is always preferred. You don't see to many male models taking pictures or good-looking actors doing movie scenes with hairy chests. Personally, I don't mind and even like facial hair as long as it is not too much, well groomed and looks good (the guy can look nothing like Bin Laden); however, hairs all over chest and back would just turn me completely off. I just think there are places we like to see hair and don't like to see hair depending on both preference and sex. Some women may like for a man to be hairy because they feel it is natural and it makes him a Manly man, but it is natural for women to have hair growing on their bodies too--but does it make them womanly and appealing? You might tolerate a woman having a few fine baby hairs on her arms, but would you like to see it all over her legs, bikini area, abdominal area and above her lips? In addition, if a man is physically fit, having hair would just kill the look of that defined six or eight-pack.

I like it either way. I don't mean hairy like a Sasquatch, but some hair on the chest is attractive.

okay have you ever seen a male model in a calender with a hairy chest cause i sure havent or even in movies.... Smooth with a six pack yeaaaaaaa, no one likes to lick a fur ball and the whip cream would make it sticky

I myself LOVE a hairy chest. The feel of the hair on the palm of my hand drives me crazy. But they can't have hair on their back. Ewwww
