Hawaiian Margarita (frozen)

Travel to the islands (well, at least in your mind) with this Hawaiian Margarita. A great blended cocktail with strong strawberry and pineapple flavor. Skewer a chunk of pineapple along with a couple slices of strawberries for a fruity garnish. If the mix is too thick once blended, add more sour mix or Triple Sec: if it's too thin, add more ice.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of ice
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
2 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
2 oz fresh or canned pineapple
dash of sour mix
strawberry and/or pineapple for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour contents into a chilled margarita glass.
Garnish with the strawberries and pineapple.

vodka martini

2 oz. Gin or Vodka
2 drops Dry Vermouth (use less vermouth for a drier martini)
Garnish with olive or lemon twist

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Shake or Stir?
Shaking will result in a colder drink than simply stirring the ingredients. However some think that 'bruises' the spirit.

Try a French Martini. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add a measure of vodka, a measure of Chambord (cherry liqueur) and pineapple juice. Shake well (untill of a frothy consistency) and serve in a chilled martini glass.

It's gotta b the "Flitini". A mixture of crushed raspberries/pineapple juice/raspberry vodka/cointreau should fill 1/3 of the glass. Top up with bubbly!!
