The height of hubris is to imagine that an infinite, eternal Father would be satisfied with creating only two sapient species, us and angels. Especially since there is a great big universe out there with all kinds of real estate just begging for species to inhabit it, nurture it, and grow there.

Nope, anyone who thinks God stopped creating when He got us is basically proud as Lucifer and dumb as a stump.

Possible but doubtful.
If there were other civilizations, there would be other sinners that Christ would have to die for so they could be saved.
The Bible says that Christ's blood can only be shed once, and that for him to die twice is blasphemy.
So according to the Bible, I don't think so.
If you're wondering "well what if they don't sin?" That means they wouldn't be humans, they would be animals, to which I would say, if they exist, so what?
Either way, God's plan for humans is the same: repent, turn from your sins, accept Christ as your personal saviour, and rule and reign with him later.

Their may be life on other planets or there may not be. So far evidence points to we are quite unique in our place in the universe. Not sure why it tok so long. Perhaps it was considered but not seriously enough due to the fact that for centuries there was no ability to travel and explore.

God created male and female, birds, animals, earth, stars, sun, moon, plants, seas, waters, etc....

He is in-charge of the universe and no where in the bible suggest that there are other beings..

We believe in the only Living God! through Christ Jesus.

The answer is no!

I'm a Christian, and I believe there are other planets out there in all the vastness of the universe that have other living critters like us.

Best wishes

Sure, there are lots of other planets that God has created. We know this from modern-day revelation:

Moses 1:33: "And worlds without number have I created; and I also created them for mine own purpose; and by the Son I created them, which is mine Only Begotten."

I don't! The Holy Bible does not say so. There may have been a preadamic race but The Holy Bible doesn't completely confirm it or entirely rule it out either. God can do what He want to do when He wants to do it. He doesn't have to ask anybody anything. If you get to heaven, ask Him.
Jesus Christ Is the Only Way To Heaven!

In The Holy Bible, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6. He meant “I am the only way to God the Father and to heaven”, “I am the only truth that you need to know.” and “I am the only spiritual life available to mankind.” In other words, “I am the only true and living God.”
All other so-called gods are false gods. They are not real. They do not exist. Satan creates counterfeit gods, religions and faith in them. They appear to be the genuine articles but they are false. They are phony. They are bogus. No other so-called god has the power to forgive, cleanse and remove all your sins from you to get you to heaven. They don't even claim to.
I pray you will believe this and accept the fact that you are a sinner needing to be saved from your sins (“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23, The Holy Bible.) and accept the fact that the blood Jesus Christ shed for you at Calvary is the only way you can have your sins forgiven, cleansed and removed and is the only way you can get to heaven. I pray you will acknowledge that you are a sinner and ask Jesus Christ to forgive, cleanse and remove all you sins and accept Him into your heart/life to live for Him the rest of your life. (“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” John 1:12, in the Holy Bible.) That is what it means to be born again. (“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3 in The Holy Bible.) Salvation is a free gift. You cannot work for it. You cannot be good enough to earn it. You must, by faith, receive it as a free gift. (“8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9Not of works, lest any man should boast.”) Ephesians 2:8-9.
God loves you and it is not His will that you perish in hell.
(“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” II Peter 3:9 in The Holy bible.)
This is my prayer for you

I find no reference to such in the bible but the universe is so vast and so much of it is still unexplored, anything is possible. Who knows what God might decide to create and where?

Christians believe there is no known scriptural record of other creation besides what is on earth.

God chose His timing, all that He thought and all that He did is not recorded, only enough is recorded that we may find and fulfill our purpose...or not.

Why not, that shouldn't change our relationship with God. The Gospel of John actually says:

John 10:16
I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.

Ok, he was probably referring to the gentiles (i.e. non-jews) but are we to know??
