Kennel Cough is a self limiting disease. If you check it out on the net, you will see that most otherwise healthy dogs will get over Kennel Cough with no treatment at all. It'll take a couple of weeks, just like a human cold.
There is a dog flu going around that looks just like Kennel Cough. So if the dog starts to really get sick, see a vet.

You can really only treat the symptoms of kennel cough.
If the dog has a bacterial infection you can give antibiotics to clear that up. But other than anitbiotics most dogs get over kennel cough on their own. You can treat the cough and stuffynees if you feel you need to. If you dog is running a fever it may need the antibiotics as fever is a sign of infection which require antibiotics to clear up.
