I feel very tired a lot and want to find some kind of vitamin or natural supplement to boost my energy. I also know that a certain vitamin helps keep a good complexion but I can't remember which one. A proper diet is almost impossible for me to mantain so I need something else.

Without knowing any more about you (such as age, gender, lifestyle, etc), I can only make some general suggestions.... Eating healthier is really a great idea; try to eat fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meat, and not a lot of fried foods, sugary foods, and only a moderate amount of caffeine. Three weeks may not be long enough to notice much difference. Take a daily multivitamin/mineral pill. Get outside daily, especially on sunny days. Get 8 hours of sleep. Exercise, both indoors and outdoors. Walk if nothing else. Exercise should make you feel better relatively fast.

Zinc is supposed to help with skin (I'm probably the only person in the world who breaks out because of it)
the whole slew of B vitamins is essential for energy and skin
Vit A is good
Vit C is a healer/antioxidant

I recommend the SuperMom vitamins (were made for moms but are EXCELLENT for any female at any time!) They have greatly increased health and energy! Here is a link where you can purchase them.....

take a multivitamin such as One-A-Day
vitamin C
viatmin D - this will help with your skin
calcium

all of these will be benefical to you

as far as engergy goes - you can't exactly get it from a vitamin, they will help, but not so much that you'll feel like jumping up and down - but jumping up and down will give you energy - you need to get up and move - if you are feeling tired try going for a brisk 10 minute walk and see how you feel when you're done.

try the vitaman B stress complex-it does give a jolt of energy especially if you are prone to stress and on the go...it does clear up the complexion as well, less breakouts on the skin...keep yourself hydrated coz the more water you drink it will pump up your cells and it will keep you feeling energized too...when you take that vitamin B make sure you don't take any caffeine with it otherwise it will not work as effectively-and also get atleast 6 to 7 hrs of sleep that's when our body repairs everything from hair, nails to skin...and of course avoid eating junk foods, fast foods-

I have been using Juice Plus now for about five years and I love it. I have lots of energy and no longer get that mid afternoon nap feeling. Also, it helps out with your skin. You literally glow after being on it for sometime and helps in alot of other ways. If you interested let me know, I just started selling it myself so that I could get my whole family on it.
