Sure he could fall for a woman that is that much younger than him and because a woman does not have as much as a man's ex's does not mean she could not be better for him. Lots of people get put in bad situations or go through things and if he can't love her just as much or more than the ex's then maybe he is not looking for love.

There are certain realistic generation gap issues, but definately. You need to be wary of the fact that maybe he only wants you because you are 20 years younger and just wants to screw you and for him it is all about sex. However it is certainly possible. You need to seriously make sure you connect in other ways as well as sex.
