stay well hydrated- a leading cause of feeling lousy is not enough moisture- viatmins even more important is minerals -supplement over some breakfast food- never on an empty stomach unless otherwise directed -

Fruits/veggies and drink Milk for the calcium and 8 glasses of H20 a day, all this helps keep the doctor away;;)
