I used to have a hash brown casserole recipe but lost it in a house fire a year ago and desperately want to replace it. I remember it was made from frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, I think sour cream and shredded cheese. Does anyone have this recipe.

1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns
16 ounces sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place hash browns in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter.
In a bowl stir together soup, butter, sour cream, and onion.
Pour soup mixture evenly over hashbrowns.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

Sinful Potatoes

1 (26 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (I like sharp)
1 (10 ¾ oz) can Cream of Celery soup
1 (10 ¾ oz) can Cream of Chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream (can use lowfat)
1 medium onion, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients, place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350ºF for 45-60 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.

1 can condensed cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream with chives
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
24 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
PREPARATION:
Mix soup, milk, sour cream, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper; stir in potatoes. Pour into an ungreased 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

1 package hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 package shredded cheddar
butter and corn flakes for on top

mix first 4 ingredients together and put in casserole. melt butter (i use 1-2 tbsp) and mix with corn flakes, spread on top of casserole. bake at 350. 1.5 hours covered, .5 hour uncovered.
