So this is probably the stupidest question you have heard all week. I was talking to my boyfriend and sent him this pic and we started talking about all kinds of things and then I said to him "God I love you so much". The reply he gave me was "Me too". Does this mean he loves me so much too or does this mean he loves himself so much? So many mixed signals I'm not sure what to think.

well I would have to see the pic to know for sure...
But that aside, perhaps he couldn't actually say the words back because someone else was there with him. Could have been a boss, a friend, a group of friends, or worst case another girl.
You don't say if he has ever said "I love you" out loud before to you, perhaps he doesn't want the first time to be over the phone.
But send the pic anyway.

Don't read too much into but don't make a decision about it yet, either. He's probably just shy but he could be narcissistic. Work on figuring that out.

i feel that when someone really loves they will complete the whole sentence. it is just the same as someone being ashamed to tell they love you in front of a friend

I would say me too meant he also loved you... unless he is a total self centered egotistical guy.. and meant he loved him self..... hee hee hee - which i doubt.
