Sounds to me like your dog has worms. Take her to the vet and have her de-wormed.

They are tapeworms my puppy just took some medicine for that yesterday . They get them worms from eating fleas so you need to get your dog on frontline that is the only way to get rid of fleas and its a great product . I pay about 40 bucks or so for a three month supply
Mine took two pills for the worms and they will pass out of his system. The vet said sometimes it takes two treatments if they are really bad in the dog . If we start to see them again in about 3 wks he will need another dose of medicine and that will solve the problems.
They are not dangerous to humans unless you injest them yourself and I dont see us doing that lol, its just nasty looking when you see them

They are tape worms which dogs get by ingesting fleas.
Take her to the vet, and they can give her a deworming...she may need a 2nd treatment in a few weeks.

Sounds like worms. You can buy the dewormer at a pet or coop store. Give the amount for her weight and age. Look at her gums if the tend to be white and not as pink, it is worms.

Worms. Get her to the vet for an exam and de-worming medicine.
Probably also needs a heartworm exam if she hasn't had one in the last 12 months.

A worm, make sure it is dead and your hands are clean. Wash whatever your dog has been in contact with and call your vet quickly.
