1 need a balloon 2 an empty toilet paper roll 3 apiece of paper 4 a piece of card board. shape the paper into a cone shape on one end of the roll. cut away excess paper and glue into place. cut 3 or 4 fins out of the card board and glue them to the rocket body in such a way so as the exhaust is off the ground. Insert the balloon and inflate but not too much as the balloon could pop the top off. There you go one genuine model balloon rocket! that be 19.95 plus tax.

Hi. QueenieHB has a good link but sometimes the object is to race or see who goes furthest. Then you want the balloon to be as light as possible. Just tape a straw to an inflated balloon, pass the line thru the straw and let her go!

get you an empty soda bottle and put baking soda and water in it,
put the balloon on it and shake it really , really hard.
you add baking soda and water to your liking.
