Yes.
It was very expensive (about £700 two years ago) and it didn't last long.
To be fair, I was told not to drink red wine or smoke for some time afterwards but when you have spent an hour with a big buzzing plastic thing in your mouth all you want is a glass of red wine and a cigarette.
If you smoke, just give up like I did. The effect on your teeth is almost as good.

I used brite smile. Not worth the money. They get whiter but you can buy the kits like crest white strips that work just as well.
