I think that all immigrants should be treated equally in the application process. But at present the mexicans are the dogs....why......because as long as our government can keep them dumb and poor they will do so. We must secure our borders but we must have INS , & IMMIGRATION reform. It takes the Mexicans 15 years to get a green card for an application. Have you guys heard of the Green card Lottery. The Mexicans aren't even eligible for that program. How racists is that? It is like having 5 children and only given 2 of them pieces of candy while the others are watering and salivating at the mouth in want of a piece.

Immigration laws do not single out a country. I agree that not all illegals are from one country, I've seen too many from China, the Philippines, India, Russia. But, the majority are from Mexico!

Illegal is Illegal, although I have never seen a Portugese or Indian standing in a convenience store or Home Depot parking lot hoping to find day work. Also, most European imigrants at least TRY to speak English. These low class scuzzy a s s mexicans dont even try to communicate with us. AH...but you have to remember that the fact that eple from places other than latin america are coming across the border is something that they don't want made too much of. I have a colleague who makes his living by bringing people across and the border into the U.S. (and occasionally back the other way as well)told me last month that almost 75% of his customers are from places OTHER than Central or South America (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe). Plus it isn't cost effective to deport people from places other than Central or South America. It's the cost of gas to drive people just over the border into Mexico versus the cost of haveing to fly people back over seas to Asia, Europe, Africa, Middle East etc.
It isn't fair, but then how much of what the U.S. government does is?
