First, learn to type properly. You get a better answer if you use grammar and punctuation.
To treat first degree burns, just run it under cold water for a bit. If it still stings after whatever part of you is numb, it's not really a first degree burn anymore. It should go away and stop hurting after a few days.

Did you sunburn? If so, put Aloe Vera on it...keep it out of the sun. If your burned it on something them run the area under cold water. After a while, get a wash cloth and get it wet with cold water and place on the burn. I hope that helps.....

i do not opt to work out the %. The yellow stuff is tissue fluid and a bandaid isn't the finished project for this-its holding the burn to moist - both get a particular hydrocolloidal burn dressing at any drug save, ot use gentle gauze and allow it dry out some yet no longer so as that it cracks.

1st degree burns are easy. get ice on it asap. NOT butter, cream, vaseline, salve, or anything like that. ICE. Dunk the burn in very cold water if no ice is available.
