Probably not for the whole day, no. Most healthy adults need about 40-55 grams of protein a day. Needs go up during times of illness or other situations that stress the body.

Yeah two eggs are enough for the supply of protiens if you are spending your day without any work out or with out doing any hard work. Have some juice and bread with eggs and your breakfast is perfectly allrite.
