Does anyone know of another liquid meal suppliment that leaves you feeling satisified and not hungry? I've tried Slimfast @ one time and remember still being hungry afterwards. I need to loose quite a bit and can't walk due to medical problems so any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't know of any liquid meal substitues that you won't feel hungry after drinking them. If you haven't already, consider trying the Cabbage soup diet. My mother in law has lost quite a bit of weight on it. Just do a web search on it and see if it's something you'd like to try. Good luck!

Instead of subbing meals, you might want to decrease your portion sizes, and use the liquid supplements as additional meals for a total of 4-6 small meals daily. If you have medical problems, the last thing you should be doing is not eating properly. Make sure you're drinking lots of water as well.

One: You have to make sure that your doctor knows about you going on a diet. 2, the slim fast optima work really well to control hunger. It says on the package 4 hours, it controlled mine for about 6. Uh, remember to eat other things besides just slim fast. On the slim fast it says eat breakfast and lunch with slim fast, then a sensible dinner. Good luck!!!! Don't forget to get at least 1 hour of physical activity a day!

Can you just snack on an apple or a banana or some piece of fruit between your shakes? I did the bars one time and then a subway sandwich for dinner... and snacked on a piece of fruit in between bars and was exercising and was fine.

Instead of doing that, eat something and go out and do something fun so you won't even think of food. Try to go to a place where there is no restaurants or no one to cook for you.
