If there wasn't he would have given up and moved on.
Unless of course, you're a total hottie and the finest conquest in your area, justifying the substantial chase with major kudos among the boys!

Has he been dating others while he's been 'chasing' you? If so, his feelings for you can't run very deeply and is probably hopeful you'll change your mind eventually. If you're looking for a fun 3 months, then give it a shot. Otherwise, I'd focus on a guy who wants your undivided attention and is willing to give the same.
