Vitamin E is an antioxidant, needed for protecting the integrity of lung and red blood cell membranes, which are exposed to large amounts of oxygen. You can get vitamin E from vegetable oils, whole grains, seeds, nuts, wheat germ, and green leafy vegetables.
Vitamin K is a cofactor in the synthesis of blood clotting. It is also important for protein formation in bone, kidney, and plasma. You can get it from dark green leafy vegetables or in dairy products, cereals, meats and fruits.
