Ummm...there is no such thing as "Fresh" cheese. Buy a good brand, serve at room temperature.( true for all goats-cheese) Be aware some goats-cheese is up to 17% fat so limit intake to a treat...not a reg. part of your diet.

hi

of course you will buy it fresh; some good ones for that are the round ones circa 4cm diameter called "Rocamadour" (from the city of the same name in south France)
buy some brown bread (e.g. bio);
put a Rocamadour on top of it, in hot oven for a couple of minutes ; take them out
then pour some top some tasty olive oil or a some drops of honey.
