I am a female, 5'7 125 lbs perfect BMI. My wedding is December 16th. There are a few places I would like to lose a little womanly fat like on my tummy, my bum, and my thighs. I did the Body for Life program during the summer so I have some muscles already (especially on my arms) and I don't want them to get any bigger, so I am not going to weight train. If I do a 1,500 calorie diet, take Tonalin CLA, and do my Gazelle for an hour every other day, will I lose a little weight? I just want to get rid of that last body fat, I'm not looking for major weight loss I know I'm healthy.

You don't really sound like you need to lose any weight, just tone up your body if you are worried about certain areas. 1500 calories is probably ok for someone of your weight, but you'll need to lift some weights and do some butt, ab and waist exercises to tone up those areas you are worried about. Get a yoga or pilates video--they are super for working your core and shaping your body.

I think fun exercise like dancing or swimming is the key especially in the stressful months leading to your big day. Just don't forget to eat. It would be terrible to faint at the alter because you've been hungry for the last 2 months.

Yes just make sure that you don't burn too many calories...you'll lose too much weight. Congrats on getting married, by the way.

That sort of perfectionism smacks of obsession, I'd suggest you see a counsellor, it will only get worse as you age.
