I see a psychiatrist for $80 every 2 weeks, and a therapist for $40 every two weeks. I find, with insurance, it is well worth the $200/month for my sanity. Also, may cities and counties offer free public health-mental care, if you qualify, You would have to check with your state/county/city to see what they have to offer. I found great healthcare in Atlanta when I didnt have insurance. YOu just have to prove to them you have no other means. Good luck!

Look up in the phone book for your State or County mental health center which is usually on a sliding fee scale. Remember nothing is free.
