any jew could tell me if the Judaism Believe in the end of world like christians do?

do you believe as well in the hell and heaven? for example christians believe God will finish the world and judge the bad people and good people.. the bad will go to the hell and good people will go to the heaven..plzz you could give me some verses from the Tanak where you are supporting your belief.. thanks

I believe you mean a verse from the Torah. The is mention of the messiah and judgement day. I was tought that this day will come when the world is so bad that god decides to wipe us out or that we are so good that god decides to save us.

My background is Jewish and Christian. I converted to Islam. The messiah (messenger) that the Jewish people talk about (who still is suppose to come) is Mohammed in Islam. Christians believe this person to be Jesus.

If you read the ancient texts (specifically torah). The last prophet is described in detail (location, that the last prophet will be an orphan etc etc). The transaltion to the old testament leaves this information out. Priests told my friend that the description describes Jesus. When my friend asked for the proof, they were unable to show her where this infromation was.

Many Jews actually waited for the last prohpet in Medina. When Mohammend came, many Jews realized who he was and converted. However, many other Jews felt that it was an insult to have and Arab and not a Jew be this person and so they turned away from him.
