Beachcomber of course.....nowhere else. This is the best one. The hotels in Bora Bora are "overwater bungalow type" most of them. I will give you some idea about the room rate, for one single room per night....it is start from 120 - 800 USD roughly. The airfare from Papete to Bora....sorry I can not tell you as it is depending on the oil price, you better check with your travel agent. My best experienced was I saw many tourists wearing the swimming suit, local wear pario, and boarding the domestic flight from Papette to Bora Bora. I feel overdress since I was wearing short and t-shirt....loll. There are lot of activities on this island for tourist such as all kind of watersports, including parasailing. The trilling one is when I took the glass bottom boat and we sailed out watching man feeding shark & sting ray while swimming along with them (the whole fleet). I bought some black pearl since people say that it is better quality than anywhere else in the world. Cost of living there is very expensive. The local there said that..."rich Japanese come to Tahiti and poor Japanese go to Hawaii"...loll. I eat one plate of spaghetti at the not fancy restaurant...the bill was 40 USD.

I'm currently staying at Le Taha'a Private Island and Spa (I think the site is www.letahaa.com but can't remember) and it's incredible!!! No idea the cost as my fiance is getting it. We're here for 10 more days and I hope I get over the jet lag soon - what a long trip - especially cause our flight out of LA was delayed 4 hours!

Someone else had recommended: www.boraboraspa.intercontinental.com
