It really depends on how long you have until the wedding and what your dieting problems are. Some people have a hard time with what they're eating, others with how much they eat, ect. One great diet that works rather quickly is the cabbage soup diet. You can search that and get the recipe for it. You can eat as much as you want as many times as you want. You can loose 10 pounds in the first week. Also, on different days you can eat certain fruits, veggies, and meats. Keep drinking water, too. The site below seemed to be the most informative to me. Good luck!

Sounds like you are off to a good start. Walking is great exercise--at least 30 minutes everyday will give you results. The eating part is also important to keep track of. Counting calories can be a pain, but it really does work. Depending on what you currently weigh, you should probably be aiming for about 1200 to 1500 calories per day. These calories should come from a balanced diet, meaning from all the food groups.

for one you are starving your body you should eat at least 5-6 small meals a day that includes a snack otherwise your body send a signal to your brain that it is starving ,this then cause your body to hold the food that you take in and turn into fat (sugar) when you eat right that releases the food regularly and also it speeds up your metabolism increases , your walk by a mile (helpful hint ) cardio, and maybe a little weight training will cause you to see faster result remember dieting should only mean that you are finding a healthier way of eating start off by taking a bad carbs away from each meal don't deprive your body if you crave something like a slice of cake don't eat the whole thing share with 2-4 people or throw half away. good luck.

I lost 70 lbs just by eating less. Let me explain. you can have anything you want just not as much as you want. I walked 2-3 miles a day, and lost that much in a year. Exercise before you eat it raises your motabolism so that what you eat is burned and doesn't get stored in fat.
I did go to Curves for a while and llost inches too I went from a size 16 to a size 6. Just eat sensibly and lay off snacks and soda even diet soda. Good luck and let us know how it goes

I lost over 20 pounds in four weeks and have successfully kept it off on The Abs Diet. I would recommend it to anyone. It's a common-sense approach, it doesn't require calorie counting, it doesn't involve complicated meals with exotic ingredients, and it doesn't require you to give up everything you love. You can get the book at any major bookstore, and it's hard to miss -- the cover is bright orange. It's worth checking out.

Add Stack Body Tune Up to your diet. I've lost 32 pounds since July 15, 2006.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

Atkins worked very well for my friend. He lost 90 lbs 3 years ago and has kept it off. It is a tough diet but very effective if you can exercise some discipline.

Weight Watchers baby. It's the healthiest (it does't exclude certain food groups like certain OTHER diets I know), and you can have your cake AND EAT IT TOO! I'm doing it right now, I've lost 30lbs since July!
