Can anyone help me find a dalmatian-chihuahua mix or any mixed breed dalmatian that stays small/medum as adult? I want it to look more like the dalmatian breed...white with black spots. But a pure dalmatian is just too big for me...can someone help!!!!!???? THANKS!!!!

Well I don't know how a dalmation would breed with a chihuahua....
If you want a medium sized dog with spots, look on www.petfinder.org. They list dogs and puppies that are in shelters and foster homes. You can look for dalmation mixes, or maybe some beagle mixes, and there are also plenty of mystery mixes that look like that. Be cautious of picking a dog, you should not view color as the #1 priority. What will matter most in the end is its personality.

I don't know if you are going to find a Dalmatian Chihuahua mix. That's kind of a strange mix that would most likely be an accidental breeding LOL!!

I have a Dalmatian / Lab mix and she is only about 50 pounds. My boyfriend is a fireman so our dog MUST be spotted!!! She is also a rescued dog. If we wouldn't have taken her she would have been euthanized by the shelter where she was. That would have been sad since she is SOOO smart and such a good dog!

I have a dalmatian and she or he's somewhat attractive! i like the way Dalmatians look it somewhat is the entire reason i have been given mine and she or he's the sweetest dogs ever too! its very few ones opinion on how something seems!

There are many websites listed by people here. You can probably find someone close to you.
Appearance of a dog is not the only factor in choosing them. It is more like adopting a child. You have to feel right with them.
You may find a small/medium dog with white and black spots but you may not connect with the dog.

Dalmations get the size they get per the breed standard...maybe you can get a Dalmation mix? Some purebred rescue organizations take in mixes of their breed, too. Check at www.akc.org, click on 'breeds' then 'breed rescue' & find Dalmation rescues closest to your area. Good luck

go to an animal shelter
dalmations are high energy dogs.. if a dalmation is too big for you it is also probably too much work - you should select a different breed, with temperment in mind, not just color
