If I had the choice of getting shot and making a full recovery or going to jail for the rest of my life, I'll choose getting shot thank you.

If it was just a minor flesh wound, I would rather get shot. I don't think I'd survive a minute in jail. I love my freedom. I don't even like being in the hospital, so I'd have to be able to just put a bandaid on it and go.

I rather have a bullet in my head than any other places instead. Some minor wounds i can handle, but when you know that your not going to survive from a gunshot battle. Rather dead, and no jail for me.

Wait, get shot where? if it's just like a limb or something, i'd get shot. if it was a choice of jail or die, i'd go to jail.

I'd rather get shot and it be a minor flesh wound. I'd get shot, but still be able to live my life, where if I went to jail....i could be truamatized and get shot. possibly shanked as well.

I've had both happen, and I'd rather get shot. At least then you can threaten the doctor's life to get an ashtray so you can smoke in your room. Jailers aren't that easily intimidated.

I'd rather get shot instead of being punished for something and having to suffer the consequenses.
