I mean buddhism says human is good in his origin but forgot about it and needs to be enlightened to remember it
Christianity says human is a sinner in his origin, he needs to be educated with religious principles to become good.

depends on which Abrahamic religion you are looking at.

Christians=original sin

Muslims= born pure without sin

Because it's easier to do the wrong thing than the right thing. Plus it depends on the definition of good and evil.

How are Humans evil in Judaism? On the contrary it is stressed that humans are good.

Depends on how you want to look at it and what you can believe. You'd have to study each religion to find out why they believe that way.
