Sex addiction is just focused on the ACT itself rather than the people engaged on it. The addicts tend to flirt a lot and are always on the prowl. This is normally why they don't usually have long term relationships as they prefer to sleep with different partners. So in more ways than one, a partner may feel dehumanized.
You can check out http://www.sexaddicthelp.com/ to better understand this condition. The best way is to still undergo sex therapy with a professional.
Hope this helps.

Get a grip on your self guy. That sounds completely everyday, aside from containing off for 40 days and nights. No ask your self you think of you're an addict. Tug it a minimum of two times a week and if the porn helps, tug with the porn. bear in strategies, masturbation is everyday habit.

I myself also have sex addictions.I know how people feel. You get a rush and then you get so ashamed of yourself after you have done the deed. It's a hard thing to deal with, but I reccomend getting counseling. It's the only thing that will really help.Try taking up a hobby also. It will keep you busy.

hmmm that's a tough one. I would say prayer but I've tried that and prayer works until I am in a "situation" and then it goes right out the window...if you are single I wouldn't worry about it but if you r not then just TRY to stay focused on ur partner...call them all the time and be "with " them as much as possible that way when the urge hits u u're with them so it's ok

The same way you would deal with Alcoholism, or a drug addiction...one day at a time. I would search your area/city for a sexual addictions group and join ASAP.
