I hear you! I was diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago, and to be honest, some days are good, and some just plain old suck. I was 29 years old and pregnant with my second daughter, the older was 18 months old. At the point of diagnosis and treatment and surgeries I think having the little kids was a good distraction. Now that I am done with everything (except Tamoxifen) it seems like everything has come crashing down at times. I guess what keeps me going is knowing that tomorrow is a new day. I say to myself, "This too shall pass" over and over.

I don't want to be a hypochondriac, but some days it's not hard to think that every little thing is the cancer returning. Keep your chin up, but know that it is perfectly fine to have a day of tears now and again too.

There are all sorts of websites that tell you what foods you should be eating to keep your body and immune system to its optimum. Tomatos are a great source of antioxidants as well as otehr friuts and vegetables. I recommend doing what the Dr says and if you are prescribed Tamoxifen, Evista or any other Hormonal drug...take it as it is prescribed, do monthly breast exams and get your mammogram. You will be just fine.

I think unorganic food is a contributor also anti-persiperants. Try to switch to a natural deoderant ,if you haven't already and eat organic whenever possible. Stay away from meat that may have been treated with antibiotics and hormones. Try yoga for stress managment. Stress kills!

i think apothecarian said it all. try to consume and use only organic products, artificial ingredients are not good for your health. I also highly recommend yoga for stress management and energy. Try meditation as well. I hope all turns out well for you =)
