Check to see if he is breathing. Check his pulse by feeling the inside of his thighs. Press down gently on the vain and see if you can find a heartbeat. If he is or isn't breathing and he won't wake up, or he looks groggy, put him on a home-made stretcher (a blanket, towel etc) and call the vet. Tell him/her that you are coming with a dog that is unresponsive. Then go!
