Doesn't exist outside of the Advertiser imagination. You need to pump up the volume. Your heart rate volume, that is, with a good ,long cardio exercise regime to burn off the fat. you need to elevate your heart rate for a minimum of 20 minutes a day to get into the fat burning mode.

I've been watching the commercials for Hydroxycut and Stacker 2 and some of the others, and in each case I noticed that all the people who lost weight were exercising every day and were on a diet where their caloric intake did not exceed 2,000 calories a day. Guess what? You WILL lose weight if you do that, and you don't need to take pills that are usually loaded with caffeine or ephedra to do it.

Here's the problem: If you approach weight/fat loss with the attitude that what you need is a temporary fix, then that's all you're going to get -- a temporary fix. The pills may help you lose the weight, but you'll gain it all back (usually with interest) once you stop taking the pills. That's why making permanent changes in your eating and exercise habits works so much better. Yes, it's true that you probably won't drop that 20 pounds in two weeks, but you have a much better chance of losing weight and keeping it off through proper diet and exercise than you do by using some "miracle" pills.

Are you exercising and watching your diet? I have worked out for 12 years and you wont burn fat from a pill. It just helps cravings. If you could lose weight from a pill everybody would be skinny. Good old cardio and diet will burn the fat for you. Drink 8oz of water before every meal. If you still think you are hungry after your meal wait 20 min. After 20 min. If you dont feel full eat a little more and have more water.

Don't go in for diet pills. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. If you care for your long term health, avoid weight loss pills, design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. There are no short cuts to permanent weight loss. The one fat burning pill I know of is a herbal one called Soya Lecithin.
Which provides a rich source of choline which plays a part in the emulsification of fat for digestion and metabolism of fat in the liver. Choline is a major component of phospholipids found in cell walls and plays an important role in cell growth and function.
This can come in capsules or granule form.

I would not recommend any of them. I had congestive heart failure 6 months after starting fat burning pills. I had no previous heart problems.

As much as it stinks, hard work is the only way to go.

Good luck!

Depends...the only thing that has ever worked for me is phentermine. Lots of side effects though, but taking this drug you lose weight with no workout. If you are active and working out, it will help you be in GREAT shape. It is a perscription so you would need to talk to your doctor.

How many times does it take for people realize there is NO "fat burning" pill. Those that advertise themselves as such are lying.

There are some proteins that help the body utilize its fat better. You might want to look into a protein shake.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.
