The best hospital is one which has treated such cases for centuries, and has specially trained doctors, nurses and a set up.

From my point since I am an alumni of the National Mental Health and NeuroSciences, India, I can confidently say its one of the best, though there may be others which I am not aware of.
Nimhans is owned by the government of India, so there are no chances of being cheated, and plus u pay a minimal fee.

It's more common than ever. It's important to get your child accurately diagnosed before jumping to any conclusions. Use your local support systems that exists. Google the heck out of it and look for local resources by putting in the city or town as well. Good luck and love that child even more than you thought humanly possible.. they'll need it and know it!
