My ex bf and I are talkin again. He told me he didn't want to end it he had to: We moved to fast is the reason. He says that I am his first choice, but he wants to start at 0 and be friends, wants to see if I can be patient (I lack in that category). He is askin other girls on dates and has not called me since we decided to be friends. (it's been a wk) He's kept our pic up ever since we've broke up (I've seen it) when I went over there (knew I was comin, it wasn't up. I'm thinkin, its down for good. Well, his mom and I are friends and I told her how it was down, she said its still there. He put it back up!! What does that mean? He says that he didn't want to end it and I'm his first choice, but he hasn't shown it. I am being friends with him, being patient, while goin on dates and havin fun. He is in a different state this week for trainin, my bday is on Sat. I feel like if he doesn't call once this

Your boyfriend does not want to start at zero and be friends. He wants to start at zero and be friends with YOU.
He is seeing other people, so just ditch him, carry on with your life and DON'T CALL HIM. Remember, it's his call now.
If he shows up again, then you'll probably know what to do.

If he is keeping up your pic but trying to not let you see it is because he doesnt want to give you so much encouragement that you start to smother him again. He is trying to be honest with you by telling you that youre his first choice but that you need to start from scratch. If you cant be patient and build it from there you are going to have a repeat of the break-up. Calm down and take it day by day.

I say do like he is doing. Date openly with others while being friends with him and be laid back about it. Give him a month or so and see if he wants to step the relationship up a notch. Ultimately It sounds like he cares about you and likes you but he's just not ready to commit to a serious relationship yet. But if your the type that wants straight up commitment Id say cut your losses now and just consider him as a good friend.

Well if he thinks that the relationship went to fast the first time and he wants to try to be patient then let him. Don't stay in the house all depressed and stuff while he's out enjoying himself. You should go out to and enjoy YOUR life and when y'all decide to get back together then do that but until then just kick it and be friends.

Just be patient !This wat u are lack of right ? He said he wants to start from 0 and be friends first, so is ok if he dates other grs, you r just 1 of his friends.Maybe he is testing your patient,if you cant control, you will ruin your own happiness.Don't worry about the picture, is not that important, doesn't mean much.The most important thing is control, be patient, wait for his next date !

Obviously he is looking for someone else in his life, he's holding on to you just in case he doesn't find her---he won't either. Some people look love in the face everyday and can't see it. Don't be used like this. The one for you will only want you and never consider an option.
