I can get ready for work in 5 minutes and the remaining 2 minutes is for wallking down the basement steps, putting on my shoes, yelling at my son to get into the car (5 seconds), opening the garage door, starting the engine, pulling out of the garage, push the button to close the garage door, and drive out of the driveway.

This question reminds me of that day with my psychiatrist. I have a thing with dreaming after going back to sleep after waking up. In just couple of minutes, i can dream a whole story in that short period. Try it! Let jur alarm wake ju up at not your normal hour, and than get right back to sleep. In just 7 minutes of sleep, you have a world of fantasy in front of yourself.

My coworker and I can load 3000 lbs. of nonfat dry milk powder into the blender at work, by hand, in seven minutes. I can palletize a 1500 lb. pallet in six minutes, by myself. I'd say in seven minutes, I can do about anything except have sex, get a good night's sleep, or mow the lawn.
