She should try to engage them in normal conversation. They probably just don't know her. She should be nice and cordial to them whenever they are around.

If they don't have a reason to hate her, they will come around.

Has she tried to find out why they dislike her? If I were her I'd ask them why they dislike her. It could be a misunderstanding.
If the boy is the type to run to his parents every time they have a "disagreement" then they'll start to think badly of her.
Its natural as a parent to take your child's side & the the bf or gf. As a parent, you start to get a bad impression of the person your child is dating.....

She should listen to her parents, & when she's really ready to listen, then she should try to ask them what they don't like about him, & have them explain it so that she understands.
