What is the best food to eat to counteract gastric pain and diarrhea when taking cephalexin?

Just make sure you take it on a full stomach. I had to put my dog on this 2 days ago and the first 2 pills I gave him made him drool and with one he vomited...I sprinkle it on his food now and he does fine.
I would eat like bread, crackers, with your meals.
I would make sure also that you eat lots of live active yogurt cultures, or take acidophilus pills, To prevent yeast infection.
