the actual green card will be issued to you upon entry and only after having submitted the visa prosessed in your country as an immigrant it will take approx 30 to 90 days for its receipt at your US residential address then you need to file to have the conditional entry removed (2 yrs) (is this for the MRS) quicker to come as tourist

"IF" is the right word here. Get an immigration attorney in the US and Don't get you hopes up.
