get canned biscuits & press them out onto the pizza pan. coat the pan with some olive oil first. be sure to smash the biscuits all together so you don't have any gaps or your pizza sauce will run through! They taste pretty good & it's really easy - I let my children do this, they feel great about "making" the pizzas!!!

Quick Pizza Dough
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Want dinner in a half-hour and want home-made pizza? It's not impossible, use this great quick pizza dough recipe and add on your own tomato paste, cheese, toppings. Cook in your own, normal oven!
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 package yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 sp sugar
1 tsp olive oil
Heat 3/4 c. water & oil to 125-130 degrees, or just your warm water tap so that it is hot but not scalding to the touch. Mix yeast, salt, & sugar into the water to activate yeast. Gradually mix with flour until it forms a dough ball. Add more water or flour as necessary. Knead until shiny. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface & let rest 10 min., covered. Can be refrigerated in plastic bag overnight. Bring to room temperature before using. Roll dough into 14" circle or 15 X 10" rectangle. Bake 12-15 minutes (first add toppings!) at oven's highest setting (not broil). Oven rack should be in lowest position. Makes 1 lb.

You can go to the Pizza place by where you live and they will sell you the dough for 2-5 dollars depending on the size.

Aloha From Down Unda!
The idea of not wanting to wait for the dough to rise is counter productive but you could just use bread as a base with your ingredients baked as usual...

There is none, buy pizza dough from your local pizzeria. About $2 will make a regular sized pizza.

Run out to the supermarket. They have it in the refrigerated section of any supermarket that has an inhouse bakery. It is all mixed and in a plastic bag just waiting to be opened and used. That is as instant as it can get.

Make bread dough. Then flatten it out and poke it with a fork to keep it from rising.

Here's another vote for the local pizza place.
They'll happily sell you a ball of dough for a couple bucks.
