No. If your Dr Pepper was flat when you opened it, it could be a sign of tampering, or the factory seal just wasn't good enough to hold vacuum. Either way I wouldn't drink it, because the bacteria naturally present in all food products would have had all that time since the vacuum unsealed, to multiply. This has the potential of making you very sick if you drink it.
If the product was tampered with, you also have the possibility that someone introduced a noxious substance to the Dr Pepper. Don't forget the cyanide in pain killers and turkeys over the past years.

Yes, once a Dr. Pepper is opened it will go flat fast. It seems Dr. pepper will get flat faster than any other soda.

yes - the shelf life for a soft drink bottled in plastic is only 90 days. Each bottle should have an expiration date on it.

Any soda has the tendency to lose its carbonation if not bottled correctly during the bottling process. Other than that, it could be old soda...
