my husband has been out of prison a year. he can't find a job no where because of his background check. all he's asking for is a chance. he's willing to work. help!

Tell him to check out the construction companies. He could try to be a server somewhere, it's good money and they don't even give drug tests (most don't), I don't think they'd go as far as doing a background check. If he knows any electrical, plumbing, painting, or has ANY kind of trade, he should try these jobs out too! He can't be too proud to work at McDonald's or a convenience store if he can't find work anywhere, he could do that temporarily until he finds something better. Good luck!

i understand you and your husbands delema unfortunatle it was created by one person (HIM) the international company that i work for had hired 4 x felons and to everyones surprise today they are the companys best don't lose hope it will take some time to get everything in gear maybe need to consider attending some trade schools
