Hey can I come and live there? It looks fab!!!! Only one small typo on first page should say "multi" and you have got "mult" It's in first few lines so you will spot it. Have skimmed the rest and it looks great.

If you go to Alta Vista they have a translate page - very good indeed - not sure if you will have to download their toolbar but certainly would recommend it

Multi needs an i, but other than that looks ok to me!!

mult-family should be multi-family

use the word "lot" not "plot" (plot is for burial)

realization, not realisation.
